Heart4Science
Heart4Science is a project undertaken by The Scientific Woman to raise funds for building science infrastructure in community schools and providing financial assistance to young girls pursuing science. An education in science can not only propel these girls towards their dreams but help them bring their families out of difficult financial situations. Heart4Science has collaborated with Seva Sahyog Foundation, an organisation focused on Education to execute this project. We are together in our belief that education is a powerful tool that every child should have access to, as it plays a vital role in the personal, familial, and societal development of an individual.
Initiatives taken by Heart4Science
- Science labs in community schools.
- Science books in community school libraries.
- Scholarship program to provide high school education to under resourced girls.
This project has been carried out in collaboration with Seva Sahayog Foundation who have done commendable work in the sector on the ground.

Labs in 11 community schools in Mumbai Metropolitan Region have been set up through the Heart4Science Project.

- Crowdfunding through Ketto
- Fundraiser through participation of school students in creative activities
